Robotic + AI Summer at I819 Innovation Hub

Excited to share highlights from last Thursday’s Robot + AI Summit at UC 1819 innovation center.
We were honored to welcome visitors from Yaskawa and showcase several collaborative technology demonstrations at our joint UC–Yaskawa booth. The demos focused on the future of intelligent and safe human–robot collaboration in manufacturing environments, including:
🤖 Humanoid robot applications for advanced manufacturing
🤝 Human–robot interaction through robot handshaking demonstrations
🦺 Vision-based human–robot safety monitoring and digital twin technologies
It was great to discuss emerging opportunities in robotics, AI, humanoid systems, and smart manufacturing with researchers, students, and industry partners.
If you are attending the automate 2026 at Chicago, please stop by our joint booth with Yaskawa to see the live demonstrations and connect with our team. We look forward to continuing conversations on the future of AI-powered robotics and human-centered automation.
